In the heart of the woods, at the top of the tallest tree is a magical treehouse. This treehouse is home to Squiggle: a curious young squirrel with a lot to learn!
Our Story Begins...
Squiggle lives alongside his best friends: a mischievous mouse, a nosey woodpecker, an energetic owl, a badger and hedgehog double act and a dancing lady bird.
Each episode of this live-action show follows Squiggle as he visits his woodland friends, learning something new along the way. From learning a new talent with Badger, to growing flowers with Dotty the ladybird, counting to five in the Hedgerow and celebrating Diwali with the whole gang.
The gentle voice of a narrator guides the characters through these adventures, prompting the action or communicating the lesson to the characters themselves and to our audiences. The characters are non-verbal, and instead manifest their personalities through their physicality.

Sustainability
Treehouse celebrates our natural world, and it was important that this was extended to the way we produced Treehouse. In order to reduce our impact on the environment, the entire production was filmed in the most sustainable studios in the UK (RD Studios) and our sets were made out of sustainable materials and are fully recyclable. Cast and crew were based in the UK, and sets and costumes were produced in the UK to limit our carbon footprint.
